SDI

This was the result of the SDI I completed last week. It calculates your motivational value system which means it assesses your motives and strengths you use in relation to others when everything is going well and when in conflict. I am Blue when things are going well then a mixture of Blue, Green and Red when in conflict. It is actually very accurate. I did this test a few years ago and I was Blue then too.
I have been on an SLT development session all day and I am exhausted. It was very intense but I believe we now have a better understanding of each other and what we have to do moving forward.
