Sputnik-man

The monument to a dream turned reality amongst the constantly changing urban landscape. The dream is brave and beautiful while the reality constantly requires, constructivism, improvements, and repair as the cranes on the horizon are suggesting. But we still must have a dream!
Never saw this monument before, it must be the legacy of 60s-70s. bumped on it coming out of the metro station, which I probably used for the first time in my life. Next to this Sputnik-man was a guy sandwiched with the Burger King advert surely he also had a dream...
*Sputnik is the name of the first artificial satellite launched in the Soviet union in 1957. The actual word sputnik means - satellite.
