Another long workday, another emergency blip... 

There's just too much to do and not enough sunlight. 

Heavy back pain. In the afternoon I was too uncomfortable to sit in my chair, so I alternated between standing (not good for computer work when no standing table is available) and kneeling, also not comfy at all. 

Otherwise, I have been in a good mood these days!
