Organ at St John's Smiths Square

Messiah tonight at St John's.  I love the music and the performance was very good.

I notice that everyone - including me - tends to get settled and all the attention is towards the stage (second blip).  As with many churches, it is worth swivelling the head 180 degrees to look at the lovely organ behind.  In a previous performance of the Messiah here the organist  quietly moved from the small Baroque Organ (on the right of the stage in the second blip) on the stage to this wonderful instrument and it really caused quite a stir when it thundered forth.
