Steak Frites

Sous vide new york strip steak, air fried fries, and radish green salad with cassis vinaigrette and radish. Wine: Rusack Estate Syrah 2016.

This made for a delicious dinner. The radish greens were very fresh and particularly juicy. I made the vinaigrette with some Fallot cassis dijon mustard In a sample size jar given to me by a favorite shop of mine for imported gourmet items—I had no idea what I would do with such an unusually flavored mustard, then it occurred to me (rightly, it turns out) it may be good in a vinaigrette.
