A ghost?

Or just good luck to get an interesting photograph... it certainly looks as if there is someone standing at the top of the steps but  she doesn’t seem to have a body. Just at the top of these steps was the window of the kitchen from my old office (Income Tax) and my friend Dave had a fruit and veg stall outside the window. So maybe it’s the ghost of Sue in days of yore.
