Waxwing!

After many attempts to see the waxwings in Dunblane we were lucky this morning to find them. Difficult to get a decent photo because of the mizzle drizzle. There were about 15 to 20 flying about and then they would land on rowan trees. They certainly made my day.

Going to visit our friend who had his hip op last Monday. He sounds cheery on the phone so here’s hoping he is recovering well.

Glad to be going out because it is miserable and walking is not on the agenda this afternoon. Chloe had a good walk this morning so will be all cosy in her bed while we are away.
