Half eight

1. Up early and making my way through rush hour commuters and volunteer wranglers. Good luck to them this fine, grey, miserable Monday morning.

2. By the time we make it downstairs in the traverse I'm on my 4th coffee.

3. I'm not buzzing because of that though. Nope I'm buzzing because I'm with Colin who is goibg in to the first Traverse 50 session. I am proud, happy and excited for him in equal measure as he takes his seat in a new place.

4. Meetings and messages all with little or no battery.

5. A couple of wee shifts here and there in the kitchen makes a big difference.
