Silver Birch

My thanks to everyone who popped in to comment or award stars and celebratory hearts on my 2555th blip yesterday, you're a wonderful lot! 

Today was lovely and sunny first thing but by mid morning the clouds had built up. I went up to Little Haldon heath and wandered around looking for lone trees. This silver birch was my favourite. It's a shame that branch dips down quite so far but it'll do for me. I got a little bit of blue in the sky which has worked very well with the red filter in the mono conversion.

There's a colour version as an extra for those who'd like it.
