Parrot potion

Had a late lunch in Shrewsbury after a lazy morning and big breakfast at the hotel. Came back for a swim and steam room. Sam has this cocktail at lunch - I had a hot toddy - feeling very cold and achey and a sore throat through last night and today... toddy was great though! Hopefully a good night’s sleep will cure all! An extra of the consumer of the parrot’s contents!
