Christmas Idiots

D thought of the title and I couldn’t come up with anything better....
Alice helped me decorate the Christmas tree and I helped D clean out the gutters. This involves me standing at the bottom of the ladder while mud, moss and decomposing leaves rained down from above. It felt a bit like a bush tucker trial so I was glad when it was finished.
This evening we went into cambridge to meet old friend Chris and his fiancée who we hadn’t yet met. We ate at Trinty Restaurant where D and I have been a couple of times before. As usual, the food was fantastic and we had a great evening with lots of laughter. Hopefully we’ll get to see Kelly again before their big day in September.
