Experimenting with speed
I grabbed my camera on my lunch break as I strolled into town. The snow was falling very harder and I thought I'd experiment with taking some shots around town capturing recognisable buildings using the hi-speed setting on my Lumix.
Previous attempts to capture falling snow have resulted in the main focus being on the snowflakes - or rather lumps of snow.
After a bit of fiddling around in photoshop using a black and white action I recently acquired I think I am happiest with this image of The Crown Hotel, Stamford.
