Had to take our coffee machine back yesterday as it developed a fault. It was a great coffee machine, it ground the coffee beans, dropped it in to the filter and brewed very fresh coffee into a thermal jug. The main problem was with the clock on it, you could set a timer for it to brew fresh coffee in the morning for you but it kept losing time.

There were a few other design faults which were a bit annoying, but its the only one that can do what it does. John Lewis had no problems in immediately giving us a refund. We are now deciding what to get next but may end up getting the same one as it is the only machine which grinds and brews filter coffee.
