Notes: Awake early after not great sleep. Got help from the desk clerk to get the bike back on top, this time with the adapter on the bike first. Left 503a mountain for several hrs of dark. Talked to Mic first thing and quickly crossed into AZ. Saw lots of police, nothern mountainous AZ was cold and extreme fog coming down the winding roads. Tired and a bit spent by the time I got to Phoenix and the suarros but wanted to keep going and get there. Inspection at the CA border, day seemed very long but talked to Steve and Bonnie on phone to help pass the time. Pulled into the house in Vista around 230p pacific. Unpacked whole car, helped Carolyn with last few cabinets she was working on. Took a shower, Carolyn picked up food. To bed early.
