I have no idea how to spell her name but that's what it sounded like. She serves great empanadas at El Resuelve.  We stopped here 3 different days on our bike ride back from the wild life beaches.  We were so pleased that it had reopened. It was closed for over a year after the hurricane! No wonder she was smiling!
