House of a Thousand Worms

This tower that Gill sunk into one of the raised beds in the garden is the home of one thousand tiger worms who will be chomping our kitchen scraps and create healthy soil for the garden.

And I have no idea how they counted the worms :) 

One educated guess would be to measure the weight of a single worm. and divide it into the total weight of the mass of the worms included in the package.
