SANTA'S LITTLE HELPERS

Lovely morning at Tai Chi.  As well as a great relaxing session it was great to catch up with friends.  Next week we're going to have a Jacob's Joint session which means we have one hour of Tai Chi followed by a buffet lunch and a chat.  Really looking forward to that.

Such a shame we can't really go anywhere this afternoon as the weather is glorious and probably won't last.  Aah well it is December after all.

Now to get things ready for GPS this evening.  It should be an interesting talk called "Pole to Pole" by an amazing photographer called Keith Snell.   


The photo is of my best bear Grizz with his friend L'al Ratty, both in their Christmas jumpers with wee Hamish in his Tartan supposedly help Santa!!
