Grade one black silt

There is no better agricultural land.  It was the best blip I could manage today as, after Citizens Advice, I was called into the shop to cover an absence.  I saw the clip of the boy with pneumonia having to lie on the floor in A and E which made me both sad and angry.  A country as wealthy as ours should not tolerate such things.  I should not be surprised as I deal with cases of appalling deficiencies in public services and benefits each week at Citizens Advice and see the human suffering they cause.
