Riddle me this

This is an emergency blip taken at 10 to midnight. It is a piece of french pottery in the form of a jester (his head is the bottle stop) given as a gift a few years ago- I love it as it is very unique. Things are feeling very very busy at the moment. I am so grateful it didn't snow badly last night and driving was straightforward today. I predict that some very heavy gridlock snow is on the way in a few weeks.........we'll see.....
