Lightning McQueen

I see this car once a month, and always wondered who it belongs to. I have since been told that it belongs to a Spanish guy who visits his grandmother in the flats opposite me.
I was quite intrigued, and then found out this car is a character in the animation 'cars' . Even more intrigued..
