Pork Chop

Pork chop with garlic confit, cauliflower gratin, and salad. Wine: Gérard Bertrand Corbières 2016.

A nice dinner and probably the best way to eat cauliflower. The wine was meh. The tablecloth is new and a bit creased, but I’m not much of one for ironing - a wash or two should work them out.
