Dark skies overhead

Not a very nice start to the morning, dull dark and dreary, it has been raining but not at the moment.
In the carpark of the St Julian's pub on Caerleon road looking across the river into a dark looking sky.
On a dry and warm day there are plenty of seats and benches on the edge of the river to sit out and have a meal
