Moving Van.

The light was right to get this effect. With the 'weather bomb, ' the clouds held back the light and the rain helped as well.
 A quick flip of the windscreen wiper at the same time as I pressed the shutter as the van passed resulted in the fuzzy van. After downloading the image onto the computer, I used LR and then PS Elements to turn the image into a drawing and then, levels to paint in the colour of the van.
