What Is This?

I am just laying here minding my own business. I look up and what is this sitting here next to me? I have never seen this little guy before. I honestly think my mom planted it there hoping to create a blip opportunity for her. Can't trust her anymore. Don't know what she will come up with next. Keep an eye out for me blipper friends.
