Morning breakfast time

Everyone including Whitey came to visit me when I went out to give the cats breakfast this morning.

Spoke with Runyon for a while and he talked of how cold it was all the time we were gone. Today it is over 70°F/21°C! Back to winter weather tomorrow so this yo-yo weather is gonna be making people sick.

Thanks to lots of help from friends my Dad was able to get home from Aberdeen hospital today. He got the scheduled flight from Aberdeen to Kirkwall but once there the Inter-island pilot said he didn’t think he could land on Westray due to the direction of the high winds.

Dad’s awesome friend Tommy picked him up and drove him onto the ferry to Westray. Once on Westray, transferred Dad into Robbie’s vehicle so Robbie could drive him home and Tommy drove back on the ferry to return to Kirkwall!

That is called going above and beyond. Thank you Tommy & Wilma and Robbie.
