Another week of vegetable loaded meals

Yet another week of vegetable loaded low white carbohydrate meals. Each contains at least 750g vegetables most of which now come from yellow label buys from Sainsbury’s and Aldi’s. Allotment vegetables are now limited to onions, carrots, leeks, beet and kale. Two meals per week have fish ( fresh from the Arbroath fish van each Wednesday ) as the main protein source, the other 5 have whatever I can buy yellow label or cheese if none can be sourced. Sweet that follows alway contains berries either yellow label or frozen, fresh fruit, stewed apricots and prunes topped with oatbran and full fat Greek yogurt.
