Red Sky in the Morning

From the old saying:
Red sky in the morning, shepherds warning
Red sky at night, shepherds delight.

This was the former - heralding the advancing storm. I took this in a supermarket car park on the way into work - I was buying fruit for my team for a team meeting today. The meeting was fascinating; we had invited one of the Associate Directors of Strategy to talk about the organisational strategy. Then there was a Christmas buffet for the team - to which they had all contributed.

The afternoon was head down working on a big piece of work. Progress is beginning to be made; small steps.  Sometimes a small step is all you need, and we need to focus on that.
