Stronger and stronger.

Another day in paradise. The water temp is gorgeous. A great swim today. I walked to the beach and back (10 minute walk) and we stayed nearly 3 hours. Herculean effort but so worth it. My skin feels beautifully tight from the sun and the salt (I was very careful not to get to sun exposed) and my legs are almost wobbly from the stretch. I do feel good though. And its great to know that I'm going to continue getting stronger and stronger.
