Goofy pooch

I did CPR refresher training this morning at school. I did okay, but I still hope I'll never have to use it!

Home to a goofy Abe, who just wanted to play.

Then to the osteopath who has informed me that my knee is being affected by a very sore ITB. Let the rehab begin.
