Losing the mess on the mezz

I used to be heavily involved in mezzanine finance, but that is dead. I have therefore diversified into mezzanine flooring. Less risky, and I daresay more secure.

This is my box room, or from now on, it will be the study. The floor is 2.2 metres off the ground, is 2.24 square metres in area, and has provided me with just under 2 cubic metres of storage space - that is a lot!

Also, I thought I would jazz it up with some downlighters - however I have not tidied up the wiring just yet, I wanted to leave it on for an hour or so and see if any parts of it got too hot. Glad to report that they didn't.

I can't wait to populate this new storage area and have a totally clear floor in the box room. This is how it looked from the other angle back in January.

I do enjoy a good bit of DIY.
