After years of skirting around puddles here at White Moss, or wading through them in trail shoes, or turning back, today I remembered to put my wellies on :)

I've kept an eye on the garden birds to see if yesterday's mystery visitor returned. No sign of it. We have had blackbirds, a thrush, robins, dunnocks, chaffinches, yellowhammers, a collared dove, coal tits and bluetits.
