Wide Wednesday - Temporary

I'm pushing my luck with this one! The black sky over the village, one hopes, is temporary. Sorry.

This is what it looked like this afternoon when Minty and I walked into Drymen to post my Christmas cards.

Earlier we stocked up at the supermarket and this week I managed to find their salted caramel crumble mince pies. Looking forward to trying them!

There was a team of men from SSE working all day along the lane cutting down/trimming trees that are affecting power lines. They were very grateful that P had already had several trees chopped down, which saved them having to do it.
