Fighting for crumbs!

The briefest of visits to the loch this morning .... parked the car, walked about a dozen steps, took a photo and then went back to the car before my hands froze solid.  

Plenty of gulls around but only one solitary goose who wasn't even in the race for the crumbs.

A very busy couple of days with carol services, lunches, coffees, concerts and the endless trips to the shops. Tonight I'm off down the road to our local McCarthy Stone Retirement Home to share in their carol service.

Tomorrow is a much quieter day so I shall sit by the fire and catch up with blip which has had to take a bit of a back seat recently.
