Sun Shining Through da Storm

The gales continue, but a better day, mostly dry and sunny spells.  The rain started in the late afternoon, after some thunder and lightning, and been heavy.

Another day working in the museum.  Slightly busier than yesterday, but still a quiet day.  I had to nip to the Camera Shop in the afternoon, when a flash of lightning struck, and I got soaked walking back to work.  A quiet night by the fire, hoping to get out walkies with Sammy.

The gales continue to batter the isles, and feeling it more tonight.  We've had a bit of minor damage in the garden, as it's a direct hit on the house.  I nipped home at lunchtime, and was hoping to see some big waves rolling in, but no, I was in the wrong location for that, even though it was coming from SW.  Taken at Burn Beach, Scalloway.
