A change of scenery today. This Ray Lonsdale sculpture is larger than life...the extras give a bit more detail.

Saw the Physio today who diagnosed a flare up of Osteoarthritis in the knee. So a case of patience and not overdoing any weight bearing exercise. Swimming pool here I come. Could be a little frustrating waiting until it calms down. Good job Pilates is encouraged.
