Passing By

It is cold in Edinburgh this evening - no takers for tables outside Montpeliers, or many inside, despite their efforts to make it look welcoming. The passer-by was eating a fish supper and it smelled good. 

We were on our way home from a Christmas get-together at our dance class teacher's. I had my second mince pie of this year's crop. Do you know how many calories are in a mince pie? It's terrifying.

I won't have burned many during my blip expedition. Jumping out of the car and jumping back in again doesn't add significantly to the daily total of steps. Not does walking round Hobbycraft to pick up some crafting materials for the forthcoming round of grannying.

I'm stopping now, before I start making resolutions I won't keep. Except to say that I'm sorry for being a rubbish clipper at the moment, not replying to comments, etc. I hope to do better ... soon.
