Portobello Beach Edinburgh Day 139

The snow glistened distantly on the East Neuk and on the dunes at Gullane. The air felt warmer than yesterday. When I returned from my run a sudden covering of snow fell over Joppa. My blip this morning shows the sunrise on the sands where two dog walkers take their hound for its morning exercise and appear to be in some esoteric competition to own the dog with longest lead in the world! When it encircles an early morning jogger it proves to be more effective than any wild west lasso !
