Chicken vindaloo. Wine: Weingut Max Ferd. Richter Braunegerger Juffer Riesling Kabinett Mosel 2018. Delicious, rather spicy (as it should be), and I finally got around to trying a spicy food with off dry wine pairing (it works very well).
