Hole in the Sky

Again three days on the spin and not at all the shot I envisaged when I set off for the day. This shot was taken looking up the River Clyde from the South side of the river at Braehead looking towards Glasgow City Center.

I just liked the way the clouds seemed to momentarily open to provide a glimpse of blue sky that was in stark contrast to the heavy cloud lingering over the river. I left the edge of the viewing platforms in the right hand side just because I liked the dark shapes against the river
