Went up to Delapre for 3 hours of tour guide training. It was quite well done but I don’t really like the woman who did it much. She seems rather inflexible , didn’t respond well to a couple of suggestions from them trainees and kept interrupting when she didn’t like what people were saying. I need to think about whether I want to carry on with h this, though I don’t suppose I’ll come across her that much.

Went to ikea and John Lewis when I got back . JL had a triple points (?) event on which I knew nothing about, so it was heaving with people
