The iris surprise

It's NOT on time, but it's flowering !

I noticed it last night, when I arrive home, this morning, I went out to investigate and admire it, when I was "sun" gazing.

Put in my rush job order with Tracey, at 12 o'clock.

Holding thumbs, she will deliver and I will be able to run, the tofu burger story.  On paper the drawings are not TOO difficult. 

Around 4 o'clock, I stepped out, for STEP.  Loved the class, but had to put foot coming home........

To attend the AGM of the complex.

No surprise here - they've put the levy up, above the official rate of inflation.   Eish !
