What the eye doesn't see!

Lovely day here, wall to wall sunshine and no white stuff so Im happy. Took doggies a walk down by the canal and stopped to take this picture. When I got home and looked at it I thought there's something odd but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Anyhow I went back down to see what was niggling then it dawned on me the Somerled Star that is permenantly berthed there was gone! Strange my brain wasn't relaying this back to me as its been moored there for so long (the boat fools not my brain) that my stupid grey matter was still seeing it! He must have taken her out for a spin as he has been known to do on rare occassions.
Speaking of things stupid I was saying to my eldest she could have the stupid new laptop as I wasnt getting to grips with it. She sat down and mucked about with it then said "whats your problem" I grumped about not having my browser, crap screen, etc etc . After some more twiddling about she said this is a good laptop and showed me how to do things with it. Now all that is well and good when there is someone by your side to guide you but the minute they walk away and I have to fly solo with it I know it will end up going through the plate glass window! Anyhow I will give it one more go! Watch this space!
