Stuffed dates

I made marzipan with dates and a little honey for sweetening, plus a good slug of sherry. Then stuffed in other dates. Finished with edible glitter. Although you can't see them, there are unicorns on the paper case. 

First taster said she didn't like marzipan, but she really liked this.
