For Sale

I took this from in the car on the ferry on our way to Duncan. This used to be the Vesuvius Inn but it closed years and ago and was renovated into this house. Now it's for sale. No idea what the asking price is, but I imagine it's a lot.
Another dreich day and driving home in the dark and heavy rain wasn't fun.  Lots of traffic too. Made it safely though!
Extras: 
1. A young woman panhandling at an intersection, a common sight these days. 
2. A young man demonstrating generosity to the young woman. 
Not great photos, taken through the dirty windshield, but a statement about the situation many people find themselves in these days. It's unconscionable that we have so many homeless and poor people in this affluent country. One of my strongest beliefs is that those who have should share.
