Merry, Cat of Christmas

She loves the sunlight, the warmth and our tree provided a perfect background for a portrait.

For the Record, 
This day came in frigid and frosty. T had to take a very early train this morning. Lots of ice encrusted the car, but it was so beautiful with snow still on the tree branches as I worked to get the windows clear. The fabulous December Cold Moon was still visible in the  dark early morning sky, enormous as we drove to the train. T

All hands busy.

Extra, an immature Cooper's Hawk, bringing a contrasting message from the patio wall. I took the shot from the window before sending him on his way. No small animals or birds were harmed.
