The Actual Grinch

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

So today I was in the Pandora shop buying a charm for a Christmas present. I was given the last gingerbread house charm in the shop just as someone else asked for it and the other customer got totally stroppy at her assistant. So much so, that the poor girl ended up in tears and had to rush through the back, closely followed by my assistant who then asked if I really wanted the charm.

“Not enough for people to get upset about it,” I responded and my assistant took it over to the wuckfit. Who then kicked off at her too!

It’s just as well I don’t work in customer services because I would have explained that she could leave as she came in - utterly charmless.

I hope Santa poos in her stocking!
