Taking over

At the entrance to the farm i live in I found this remaining chain, probably part of an old fence from when this farm was active in the fifties. 

Today the ad about the selling of the house was out on the market and a bit later someone actually drove into my yard, maybe to have a closer look. My moving out of here is getting more and more obvious.
