X marks the spot .....

A bit drier but still cold. A day spent hauling some Hereford heifers that we bought home from a near by farm . Said farm is near Fort Kinnaird and the traffic was a nightmare . The single track road at the farm entrance was going like a fair as it avoids all the traffic lights and makes an ideal rat run for the Fort and the A1. I couldn’t be doing with that every day, glad we live in the back of beyond !
Another cow calved this morning. Think it has had a suck so will chance leaving it out just now .
An evening spent pumping slurry up to the storage tower. Got fed up at 9 pm and then it came on rain . Mind you we could do with some rain, it’s been dry all day !
