Duvet Day?

Miserable weather on Election Day.
I considered just staying under the duvet.

In the end I hiked up to the polling station feeling exactly like this.
Truly I didn't want to vote for any of them.

In the end I voted for the SNP just because the Conservatives came quite a close second here last time.  

I felt so bad about acting in bad faith that I avoided the discomfort of that by tackling the defrosting of the freezer - an annual event, satisfying in its way.

I'm glad of the clean and orderly freezer but still have a bad taste in my mouth about my lack of integrity.  I won't do that again.  

A duvet day would have been better for my soul.
