Under the covers

Probably where I should have stayed today.......... as the rain, continues.

I did my usual Friday morning routine of reading, STEP and zen pilates, with one BIG exception.  I knew, that finding a dry spot for my computer, was NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.

So, I grabbed the happy box instead.

The blip, is the cricket pitch.  It's on the same grounds as the gym.

From gym, I headed home and worked on "stuff".

I did get a nice e-mail, from one of my subscribers, regarding my "Hormones in hamburgers" video.   Here is the e-mail :
